All puppies will have their dewclaws removed, first set of puppy shots (DHLPPC given at time of pick-up with buyer present for verification), de-wormed, puppy packet containing helpful puppy information & coupons, numbered ID collar tag, sample bag of puppy’s current food, and signed copy of contract containing health guarantee. We provide the CKC application for registration papers (when applicable) to show homes only as we do not condone any of our puppies being used for breeding except by other professionals. Those papers are available at premium pricing which is double the pet price shown below. All puppies are well-socialized with my adult dogs and my two young children from birth. I allow puppies to go to their new homes at 6 to 8 weeks of age depending on when I feel they are ready to do so based on the individual puppy. They are raised in a warm, loving home environment with lots of attention (ok, they are just plain spoiled rotten!!!). Discounted grooming is offered to all puppies sold locally:) Photos of our fur-babies are always welcomed and appreciated!
Puppy prices are the same for puppies regardless of sex. Maltepoo puppies are $500 each or $800 for two. Lhasa Apso puppies are $300 each or $500 for two. I have found that I have many buyers requesting littermates, and the discount will apply to any second puppy purchased within one year going to the same household. I do maintain waiting lists when necessary, otherwise puppies are on a first come/first serve basis based upon receipt of a 50% deposit. I do not and will not take a deposit before a puppy is born so please do not ask! Any adult dogs available are given the same guarantee as puppies and are discounted 50% of puppy price if they are one of my own or bred by me and the owner could not care for it for whatever reason. I do not ever want any of my puppies to end up in a shelter and so will take them back at any time in their life with no questions asked!
